Job Description
- Assist in creating marketing-related materials including user manuals, slide decks, onboarding videos, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and product communication.
- Support product operations, especially in tech-related marketing activities and social media execution.
- Help manage and maintain product-related content on platforms like websites, blogs, and social channels.
- Track product and feature performance through data analysis and user feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Product Manager for continuous improvement.
- Conduct QA testing, help report bugs, and ensure smooth rollout of new features.
- Help document feature requirements and product updates using tools like Jira or Confluence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in product analysis, digital marketing, or tech operations.
- Passionate about social media, digital tools, and tech products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — bonus if you’ve worked with Excel, SQL, or Google Analytics.
- A creative mind with a knack for making complex information simple and engaging.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Basic video editing skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite would be preferable
