Job Description
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Chinese clients, both domestically and overseas, in order to expand client networks and potential collaborations.
- Conduct negotiations with Chinese clients, whether in the context of out-of-court settlements or business transactions.
- Communicate directly with Chinese clients to provide updates on cases, answer legal questions and provide appropriate legal advice.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handling of client matters.
- Represent Mandarin clients in negotiations, meetings and other legal proceedings.
Requirements
- Law graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.30
- Communicate professionally in Mandarin and English is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good attention to detail & strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work individually.
