Oversee projects from development drawing to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Liaise with clients, teams, stakeholders, including Banjar, Kelian, Agents, Landlords, etc.
Negotiate with contractors and buyers, optimizing project outcomes.

Have an experience in the same field.
Have sufficient ability in the field of Civil Engineering (especially the work of building infrastructure).
Experience with development drawing, BOQ, topography, soil test, etc.
Able to analyze and supervise the projects completion (time schedule and quality standard).
Have a good communication skill with clients, team and stake holder (Banjar, Kelian, Agents, Landlord, etc)
Have skill in negotiation with contractors and buyers.
Have knowledge about license related to Projects (Deep Well, SLO, PBG/SLF, etc).
Able to analyze contract prices (structural, architectural & MEP).
