Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Analyze, transform, and visualize data using SQL and BI tools to generate meaningful insights and support data-driven business decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Deliver data analysis and reporting solutions, and continuously develop your technical and analytical skills
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct data quality checks and identify data inconsistencies or anomalies
Requirements
Person We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data science, or a related field
- Fresh graduates with strong relevant internship or project experience may also be considered
- Strong SQL skills, including SELECT statements, JOINs, aggregations, subqueries/CTEs, and window functions
- Hands-on experience using at least one BI/visualization tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent
- Good understanding of data analysis, statistics, data mining, and data visualization
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis is a plus.
- Basic understanding of databases, data management, Big Data, and cloud platforms is an advantage
- Ability to clean, transform, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Able to translate data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations
- Strong interest in data and analytics, with a willingness to understand different business domains
- Able to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, curious, and learning-oriented, with a strong willingness to develop new technical and business skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, ownership, and commitment to delivering quality work
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
