Job Description

Main Responsibilities :
- Managing general administrative and correspondence duties with internal and external parties, including courier service (DHL, Grab, ect)
- Managing and coordinate travel arrangement (flight ticket, hotels, VISA, etc)
- Administrator service and communication related with building management, maintanance, and parking
- Meet and greet client or visitors.
- Assist the employee in their duties when conduction conference, seminar, or meeting. This includes but not limited making travel, accommodation, and catering arrangements.
- Plan, coordinate and organize various events.
- Managing employee's internal claim reimbursement
Requirements
Technical Competencies :
- At least Associate Degree from Reputable University
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Business English
- Minimum 3 years administration experience
Behavior Competencies :
- Team player with great written and oral communication skills in English.
- Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- High level of accuracy and detail oriented
