- Develop and implement growth strategies for the private label portfolio
- Identify and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to guide product innovation and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure that private label products are optimally positioned within the overall product assortment.
- Work closely with supply chain, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure the availability and visibility of private label products.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, including product design, packaging, pricing, and promotion strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margins, and market share to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in product performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand-building activities that enhance the visibility and reputation of private label products.
- Oversee the creation of promotional campaigns and initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in category management, product management, or business development within the FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of P&L analyses.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights using Google Sheets and/or Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, and preferably English.
