Job Description
- Assist in team communication.
- Assist in team tasks.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports for the team.
- Understand recent fraud techniques and provide solutions.
- Understand user complaints and handle cases processes.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Fluent in Mandarin is a must, both verbally and written.
- Interest in E-commerce and Financial industry.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Proficient in office software operation.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
