Job Description
- Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the dining area and kitchen.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by interacting with guests, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
- Staff Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and managing restaurant staff. Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Inventory Control: Help manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maintain optimal stock levels and budget adherence.
- Quality Control: Maintain and enforce high food and service quality standards. Monitor food preparation and presentation.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and maximizing profitability.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry or a similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Experience in Luxury properties is a must.
- Very good English is required due to the clients we have.
- Someone passionate about delivering the most memorable service experience.
- Dedicated to the team to ensure consistency in training and quality.
