1. Marketing Strategy Support

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the golf industry.
  • Help create annual marketing plans that target golfers, clubs, tournaments, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance.

2. Content Creation and Management

  • Develop engaging content, including social media posts, email newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring it reflects the latest offerings, events, and news within the golf industry.
  • Work with designers to create visuals that resonate with the golfing community, such as brochures, posters, and ads.

3. Event Coordination

  • Assist in organizing and promoting golf events, tournaments, and corporate partnerships.
  • Ensure that all event communications (invitations, advertisements, announcements) are consistent and align with the brand.
  • Coordinate with sponsors, partners, and media to ensure proper promotion and media coverage of events.

4. Brand Management

  • Ensure that all marketing communications are aligned with the brand's identity and messaging.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all communication channels to build and enhance brand recognition in the golf market.
  • Assist in managing public relations efforts to uphold a positive brand image.

5. Social Media and Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) by creating posts, interacting with followers, and running paid social media ads targeted at golfers.
  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, PPC) aimed at promoting golf products, memberships, or services.
  • Monitor online performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversions.

6. Stakeholder and Vendor Relations

  • Liaise with golf clubs, retailers, golf equipment manufacturers, and other stakeholders to coordinate marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors such as media agencies, advertising agencies, and print suppliers.

7. Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, golfer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze data to evaluate campaign success and provide insights for future marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the golf industry, such as innovations in equipment, consumer preferences, and event formats.

8. Budget Management

  • Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns and initiatives are cost-effective.
  • Track expenses related to advertising, promotions, and event sponsorships to ensure budget adherence.

9. Internal Communication Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment on marketing efforts.
  • Prepare internal reports on campaign performance, presenting key results and insights to senior management.

10. Customer Engagement

  • Implement strategies to improve customer engagement, such as loyalty programs or special promotions targeted at golf enthusiasts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through social media, email, or other communication channels.

Requirements

  • BSc in Marketing, Communications Public Relations or Revelant Field
  • Proven Work Experience in Entertainment and Event or Similiar Role
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C Advertising Campaigns
  • Hands-on Experience with web content management tools, like WordPress other Social Media
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Experienced in managing and holding events at the mall
