Job Description
- Work closely with the operations manager to oversee all aspects of operations management, ensuring effective and efficient processes across various departments
- Collaborate with the quality team to continuously enhance product quality, implementing corrective actions and driving improvements
- Efficiently organize production schedules and prioritize orders based on demand to maintain smooth workflow and meet targets
- Enforce strict quality control measures across production to guarantee that products consistently meet industry standards and customer expectations
- Maintain meticulous inventory oversight, from raw materials to finished products, through streamlined processes to minimize errors and optimize storage
- Monitor the production team regarding production efficiency to meet the KPI and try their best to do more
- Conduct regular safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment
- Provide effective leadership and support to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in performance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in managerial role in operations management, preferably in the footwear and/or textile industry
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written communication skills required. Mandarin speaking skills will be a value-add
- Competent in MS and office productivity software
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in documentation
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the textile industry
- Excellent team spirit
