Job Description
- Study similar brand campaigns and research target markets
- Analyse and stay on top of current marketing trends
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to assist in leading campaigns
- Leading end-to-end brand portfolio including new product launching campaign.
- Performing and conducting consumer insight, market research, and forecasting to provide innovation in brand development.
- Formulating brand strategies and innovation pipelines based on strong market analysis, competitors’ analysis, and internal portfolio analysis.
- Managing and responsible for all activities related to the brand such as advertising, social media planning, and digital marketing.
- Evaluating new product launch within the brand, and managing product portfolio.
- Responsible for on-time project delivery while leading several project teams as well as driving the collaboration and coordination with related stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong understanding of offline marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, and CRM.
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in integrated marketing
- Familiarity with the use of AI tools in marketing is a significant advantage.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Excellent communication skills & analytical thinking
- Highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
- Experienced in leading small team.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
