Job Description
PT. United Family Food is a growing confectionery company committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. We are currently looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team as a Assistant Brand Manager.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Support the brand team in campaign execution, documentation, and reporting
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
- Monitor competitors, consumer feedback, and market trends to provide actionable insights
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across channels (GT, MT, e-commerce, etc.)
- Assist in organizing events, sampling activities, and consumer activations, including evaluating their effectiveness
- Track marketing expenses and support procurement processes in accordance with company procedures
- Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure strong in-store execution and visibility
Requirements
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience as ABM (FMCG industry is preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights
- Good understanding of FMCG business, including distribution channels (GT, MT, e-commerce)
- Experience in handling marketing campaigns, activations, or product launches is a plus
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with cross-functional teams
- Proactive, agile, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
