Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset data in SAP, including technical specifications, asset location, and operational status.
- Create and update SAP asset master data and preventive maintenance plans (using SAP PM module).
- Develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for engineering assets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding asset management.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams for asset planning, acquisition, decommissioning, or upgrades.
- Analyze asset performance, utilization, and lifecycle to support long-term asset management strategies.
- Support internal and external audits related to engineering asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide training and support to SAP users on asset management and plant maintenance functions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in asset management, maintenance planning, or related roles in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in SAP, particularly the Plant Maintenance (PM) and Material Management (MM) modules.
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- High initiative, integrity, and strong documentation and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications (a plus):
- SAP certification or asset management certifications (e.g., ISO 55000, TPM, CMMS).
- Experience in digital transformation projects related to asset management.
- Previous work experience in FMCG, automotive, or large-scale manufacturing industries.
