Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Analyze asset needs and requests for FAPM projects, daily operations, and research, ensuring accurate fulfillment to support organizational operations.
- Develop project plans for asset procurement by collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders and teams to ensure timely and high-quality asset delivery.
- Create plans for inventorying and maintaining assets across the organization, in accordance with FAM priorities and strategies, to maintain asset readiness.
- Research and source vendors for asset disposal, recommend vendors, and manage their execution according to SOPs.
- Maintain strong relationships and collaboration with internal and external parties to support FAM operations.
- Identify and monitor asset acquisitions, disposals, and transfers through databases and document them to ensure asset readiness and maximize asset utilization.
- Ensure asset administration, such as transfers and disposals, complies with FAM standard operating procedures to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee and manage asset fulfillment to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration or Management
- 1-2 years of experience in Asset Management or Facility Management is a plus; Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of Asset and Property Management
- Proficient in MS Office, Asset Management, and Facility Management
