Job Description
- Experienced in general affair, including office maintenance, managing security and cleaners, budgeting, and office expansion
- Maintaining various asset including registration, tracking, maintenance, and disposal
- Managing team to supervise warehouse, making sure all goods are accounted
- Maintain up to date asset movement
- Coordinate with other division for asset availability
- Coordinate with logistic team for loading in/out plan, manage manpower planning, and discuss with operations team for schedule
- Develop system for asset movement tracker, general affairs issue tracker, and logistic SOP
- Conduct regular audit
- Produce report for asset usage after event and regularly for non-event asset.
Requirements
- Preferred bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university
- At least 2-year experience in General Affair
- Excellent communication skills, including networking, relationship-building, and proficiency in written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English
- Administrative skills to support asset and facility functions
- Passion for esports or gaming industries will be a big plus.
