
Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of creative projects, from concept to execution. This includes managing the design team, maintaining visual consistency, and ensuring the final output aligns with brand identity and project objectives.
- Lead and conceptualize creative direction for marketing campaigns, brand visuals, packaging, social media, events, and video content.
- Translate marketing strategies into visual concepts that communicate the desired message effectively.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketing strategists, and other creatives to develop campaign ideas.
- Oversee the design and production process for digital and print assets.
- Direct photo and video shoots, including styling, composition, and visual tone.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
- Present creative concepts and design solutions to stakeholders and clients.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers and creatives.
- Stay up to date with design trends, industry innovations, and creative too
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, Multimedia, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in design or creative roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior design position.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UX/UI tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of print production and digital design best practices.
