
Job Description
- Develop the number of partners by analyzing potential areas for growth, identifying potential partners, and assessing the market conditions to drive revenue increases.
- Implement sales strategies (promotions, programs, etc.) and analyze the progress of product sales and programs in the assigned area to maximize sales.
- Analyze and provide the needs of channels/partners in selling products, tailoring to the characteristics and preferences of each channel/partner to support their sales efforts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any complaints or additional needs according to company standards to maintain good relationships with partners.
- Maintain good relationships with various internal and external parties (distributors, partners, PIC institutions, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations, including weekly coordination with distributors on sales achievements, stock management, and promotion implementation.
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on the implementation of strategies and monitor the implementation process to ensure compliance with applicable standards, aiming for operational excellence.
- Ensure the availability of products at partners' locations according to their requests and needs, and ensure timely deliveries to maintain positive relationships with partners.
- Ensure the company's budget related to all sales activities in the responsible area is used effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Relevant knowledge in the Skincare Industry/FMCG.
- Skills in Market Analysis, Product Knowledge, and Account Management.
