Job Description
- Responsible to achieve and increasing sales target.
- Monitors and motivates sales team member.
- Building strong relationships with principal.
- Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
Requirements
- Minimum High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of total experience as Area Sales Supervisor in retail, accessories, gadget, electronic industry.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target.
- Have SIM A / SIM C.
- Able to join ASAP.
