Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Monitor and drive sales performance, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in sales management.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
  • Eager to achieve sales target (++ Commission & Bonus)
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify innovative solutions to drive performance.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned stores (Jakarta only)
