As an Area Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the Medan area.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure optimal performance and achievement of objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Oversee the implementation of sales promotions, campaigns, and programs in Medan.
- Ensure proper distribution and availability of products in Medan.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and plans to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Beauty Industry, FMCG, retail, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of the Medan market and North Sumatra region.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
