Job Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with modern trade independent retailers to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate terms, promotions, and product placement to maximize brand visibility.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and channels within modern trade independent to expand market reach and increase sales.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Proven success in managing accounts in modern trade independent channels.
  • Strong understanding of the beauty industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for account management and business development.
