Job Description
- Memastikan seluruh kegiatan operasional di setiap Outlet berjalan sesuai dengan SOP
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap operational di setiap Outlet sesuai dengan area masing-masing
- Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke seluruh Outlet wilayah kerja
- Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target sales per Outlet sesuai area
- Membuat laporan performance outlet Daily, weekly dan monthly
Requirements
- Berpengalaman sebagai SPV/Outlet Manager di industri F&B selama 1 tahun
- Menguasai Ms. Office
- Mau dan mampu handle area (lebih dari 4 Outlet)
- Terbiasa dengan tugas operasional kitchen/outlet
- Terbiasa dengan pembukaan outlet baru
- Familiar dengan perijinan dan koordinasi dengan pihak eksternal
- Familiar dengan pekerjaan maintenance di Outlet
- Mampu bekerja sebagai leader dalam tim
- Terbiasa melakukan coaching dan briefing
- Memiliki SIM C
