Job Description

Managing operations of a franchise location by overseeing staf member, making operational decisions, and maintaining relationships with client
Recruiting prospective franchises based on their financial resources, business experience, and personal characteristics

Requirements

Have minimal 2 years experience in handling, manage, and have good relationship with distributor to reach the sales target and product penetration
Excellent in communication and can build good relationship with people in new environment
Excellent in managing execution and strong in problem solving
Excellent integrity, strict, honest, high motivation to learn something new, can be trusted and humble
Able to speak mandarin, will be plus point
