Job Description
- Demonstrate Strong Organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Leading a team of 6 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills
- Managing store, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service
Requirements
- Preferably Area Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail experience managing 2 or more stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service
- 2+ years of management experience leading a team of 6 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills
