Responsibilities :
- Responsible for planning, design development and implementation of new outlet projects.
- Responsible for ensuring the project runs according to schedule and budget.
- Coordinate and manage fit out projects from start to finish.
- Ensure that projects meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Propose building and material specifications.
Requirements
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
- At least min 5 years of experience in designing food and beverage facilities
- Able to create functional, efficient and attractive spaces.
- Able to use AutoCAD and sketchUP to produce accurate and detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimate.
