Job Description

- Conduct site surveys and measurements for new clinics, renovations, and clinic relocations to ensure alignment with project plans.
- Prepare and review all project readiness details, including layout plans, 3D shopfront/facade designs, budgets (RAB), Bill of Quantities (BQ), and other documentation to support operational excellence.
- Coordinate project planning and preparation with relevant teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve synergy and operational efficiency.
- Manage projects according to established plans, timelines, and S-curve progress charts to maintain control and ensure all phases are on track.
- Develop and update standard clinic layouts based on leadership guidance and business needs, incorporating current design trends and company values.
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct project inspections such as site visits at 40%, 70%, and 100% completion stages, electrical and load testing, timeline adherence checks, final accounts, and as-built documentation to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Prepare weekly reports and progress updates comparing planned versus actual S-curve data for evaluation and improvement.
- Verify handover documents from contractors and validate the Handover Minutes (BAST)
- Handle all administrative processes required during project execution to support operational excellence
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Construction Project Support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management, and budget management.
- Skilled in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.
- Experienced with editing software like CorelDraw, Photoshop, etc.
