Job Description
- Innovate through design
- Research, develop new insights and ideas, implement through analysis, experimentation and production of new designs
- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements
- Create solutions for customer's needs through designs and organizing products' pre- production stage
- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion
- Developing and presenting project proposals
- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs
- Preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Liaison production, on site managers and customers
- Coordinate with project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals
- Create creative solutions for design and pre-production processes
Requirements
- Degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
- Interior designer/ Architect with minimum 2 years experience in design and build
- Visionary, creative, resilient, problem solver, insightful, learner
- Strong creative and visualization skills
- Excellent technical drawing skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
