Job Description
- Follow up outstanding PO to customers.
- Calculate and monitor office petty cash.
- Check, calculate, and summarize WD for Focallure, PinkFlash, and Focalskin.
- Check, calculate, and summarize RO for Focallure, PinkFlash, and Focalskin.
- Update incoming payments from sales (FCL and MTC).
- Weekly update of internal data into NAS.
- Update incoming payments in outstanding PO / aging AR recap.
- Update PO and incoming payments in sales commission comparison recap.
- Update Shopee and Lazada ads top-ups for PPh 23 reimbursement.
- Create and update debit notes.
- Attach proof of incoming payments in approval documentation.
- Monitor warehouse petty cash card.
- Check and summarize incoming money from sales events.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): AR management
- Preferably Staff experience in FMCG Industries and Handle Online Sales including Report Collection .
- Expert in managing financial and accounting using excel and kingdee.
- Experience in similar position at company with fast growing business.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible
- Excellent computer skills ( esp. Ms. Office applications, Kingdee, and Equibao );
- Able to perform AR process
- Able to work at Cikokol (Neo Soho Capital Building)
