Job Description
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments.
- Maintain and update calendars with accurate appointment details.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Ensure all appointments are documented and communicated effectively.
- Available 24/7 to address client/customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Perfect English (excellent accent and grammar)
- Good appointment setter for contact leads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to gauge the interest of the existing/ potential clients/ customers
- Good knowledge of our products and services (Training will be provided)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Problem solvers and thinkers for clients/ customers
- Have great phone/text/email etiquette
- Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software or systems
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Telemarketing experience will be a plus
- Should be available to respond to clients/ customer inquiries 24/7
- We welcome foreign national who lives in Bali with existing Work Permits
