Job Description
- Troubleshooting/resolution to all business applications that are published to end-users.
- Monitoring, responding promptly, and resolving all incoming incidents, as well as service requests submitted by end-users through the service desk system.
- Training end-users to use business applications, both new and existing.
- Providing and maintaining solution knowledge based on frequently occurring incidents.
- Building good communication and relationships within internal departments under the IT Group and with cross-functional departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology & Engineering related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Power BI / MicroStrategy is an added advantage.
