Job Description
- Conduct technical analysis of application bugs, error logs, and abnormal system behavior.
- Perform troubleshooting activities based on root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Escalate issues related to coding errors or internal system problems that cannot be resolved internally to the Development Team or external vendors.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor application logs, including server logs, middleware logs, and error logs, to ensure system stability and performance.
- Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform pre-deployment and post-deployment system checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage application dependencies and ensure smooth system integration.
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation such as troubleshooting guides, system configurations, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with information security standards and internal IT policies.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application support processes.
- Knowledge of operating systems, servers, and database management.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and log analysis.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems for incident and issue management.
- Ability to troubleshoot application-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Good understanding of system integration and application dependencies.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills for technical issues and system activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, developers, and external vendors.
- Understanding of information security standards and IT governance policies.
