Job Description
- Motivate, coordinate and lead a team of Supervisors, Leaders and Operators, driving them as a concerted strategy to achieve Corporate Targets and Milestones.
- Monitors and measures Anodizing & Electroless Polishing Process to ensure quality and satisfy requirements of customers.
- Establishes Anodizing & Electroless Polishing for new products based on customer requirements.
- Train employees in Anodizing & Electroless Polishing processes
- Recommends and/or runs continuous improvement projects.
- Assists and/or develops PFMEA’s, Control Plans and Work Instructions.
- Assists and/or leads problem solving teams.
Requirements
- Able to station in Batam - Indonesia
- Experience in Anodizing and Electroless Polishing Process minimum 5 years in Manager level
- Knowledge of Anodizing and Electroless Polishing Equipment.
