Job Description
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Android applications based on Project Change Requests (PCR) and business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to application development and enhancements.
- Perform Unit Testing (UT) to ensure code quality, functionality, and reliability.
- Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activities when required.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure code quality by following development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
- Implement and follow Trunk-Based Development practices within the software development process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as Android Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Java Native.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful API integration.
- Ability to build scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.
- Familiarity with Git/GitLab and Trunk-Based Development.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in banking, digital banking, credit/loan systems, or related financial services is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
