Job Description
- Menyusun target kerja tahunan, mengusulkan anggaran, dan memonitor pencapaiannya.
- Merencanakan dan menjalankan penelitian, termasuk mengurus kebutuhan material, alat, biaya, timeline, serta aktivitas pengembangan, validasi, transfer metode analisa, dan studi stabilitas.
- Menyiapkan dan memastikan kelengkapan dokumen teknis untuk registrasi produk.
- Menyusun, merevisi, dan menjaga dokumen serta panduan kerja tetap terkelola dengan baik.
- Memastikan kepatuhan di area kerja serta berperan aktif dalam audit, improvement project, dan program pengembangan tim maupun organisasi.
Requirements
- Lulusan S2 Biologi atau Profesi Apoteker
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Analytical Development diutamakan
- Aktif berbahasa Indonesia (aktif & pasif) dan berbahasa Inggris (aktif & pasif)
- Tidak mempunyai alergi terhadap zat kimia
- Lokasi penempatan: Cikarang
