Job Description
- Build AC and ensure coverage and commodity/cost risk management. You will need to understand market dynamics and supply base for the ingredients in charge in order to ensure the price forecast as accurate as possible and minimize P&L impact by establishing right coverage strategy
- Deliver YOY productivity. You will build productivity roadmap to ensure pipeline sufficiency and lead the execution by coordinating with cross functional team
- Ensure Supply security with best-in-class quality (RFT), service (OTIF) and BCP with full accountability to solve supply issue
- Conduct the ingredients contract negotiation, RFP or Auction to deliver AC, productivity and cash target
- Manage supplier relationship & establish scorecards for supplier performance evaluation
- Manage the complexity & challenges in term of high number of ingredients specifications and high number of suppliers in different markets to ensure optimal source of supply
- Make sure legal contract is in place and the compliance with procurement policy including SAF, supplier validation, GSCP requirement
- Support innovation and sustainability, EISD agenda for the AMEA region across all categories and BUs
Requirements
- 5+ years of FMCG experience in procurement of Supply Chain, preferably with proven experience in raw materials sourcing in a high complex portfolio
