Job Description

acquiring new sellers to hit revenue and GMV targets, while also ensuring existing Brand or Sellers remain active and thrive through strategic retention efforts. 

Job Description: 

  1. Finding new acquisition to achieve revenue target and sales growth (Gross Merchandise Value - GMV), # of transactions 
  2. Seller Retention: Ensuring sellers remain active and continue doing business on TOCO with growth strategies to increase account volume and revenue while ensuring the maintenance and growth of average selling price. 
  3. Coordinate for customer and organizations with advice and encourage sellers to participate in platform campaigns with product features & programs within the TOCO platform (e.g., Home Banner, Flash Sale, Ads). 
  4. Planning and executing segment-wise seller education and training with the aim of achieving operational efficiency, policy adoption, and ultimately business growth. 
  5. Identifying room for improvement in tooling, SOPs, and support for sellers who are promoting and selling products on the TOCO platform. 
  6. Providing ongoing support and training to sellers to improve performance and study key attributes of successful cases, building courses/trainings for sellers in line with policies and local strategy. 
  7. Designing and creating promotional materials or projects for seller incubation in collaboration with the incubation team, seller engagement team, and management team. 
  8. Tracking seller progress and the impact of curriculum and trainings on seller performance. 
  9. Coordinating with the technical product team to ensure that all necessary integrations between the CRM, e-commerce platform, and individual social channels are functioning properly. 
  10. Analyze and evaluate client performance, negotiate with clients, and come up with initiatives and insights. 

Goals: 

1. Acquisition New Client 

2. Revenue Target Achievement - Measures how closely the team or individual reaches the set revenue targets 

3. Retention, Growth and activation for Principal or Seller on TOCO " 

4. Securing support from principals or sellers to encourage their activation and utilization of features within the TOCO platform. (Campaign Program, Home banner, Ads, etc)" 

 

 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Management, or Communication is a plus).

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, sales, business development, or seller operations.

Good understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and seller behavior.
