Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an AI Product Specialist who can bridge business needs and AI technology. This role will focus on understanding business processes, identifying opportunities for AI implementation, and translating business requirements into practical AI solutions together with technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for AI implementation and improvement.
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Work closely with business users, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and other technical teams to develop AI solutions.
- Evaluate proposed AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and user needs.
- Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of AI-powered solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the AI project lifecycle.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve AI solutions.
- Prepare documentation, process flows, requirements, and project updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, System Analysis, AI/Technology Consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong experience in business process and system analysis.
- Good understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts, including common use cases and limitations.
- Able to translate business problems into technology/AI requirements.
- Experience working with technical teams on software, data, or AI projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in healthcare, HIS/EMR, or other complex enterprise systems is a plus.
- Good English communication skills.
