Job Description
1. Monitoring Daily Aggregator Order
2. Escalations to related party for in Order to increase Delivery Order
3. Data analysis and communicate to Aggregator PIC
4. Managing Aggregator Claim Ratio
5. Reviewing and Improve internal process to increase Aggregator Satisfactions
6. Performance meeting with Aggregator (raise issue & improvement plan)
Requirements
1. Minimum D3
2. Minimum experience 2 years in contact center as Supervisor Contact Center
3. Understand CS process
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Good in Microsoft Excel and Data Analyst
6. Good Analytical Thinking
