Job Description
- Completely answer customer questions regarding the required information
- Listen to customer complaints and provide solutions to customers according to company regulations and policies
- Complete customer requests according to the authority
- Help customer's in a professional and efficient manner
- Notify the Team Head immediately if there is a special case that must be resolved
- Record or create customer logs regarding complaints handling reports and customer instructions
- Maintain the good image of the company's name
Requirements
- Understand knowledge about the company's products
- Experience in the same field
- Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers
- High problem solving and priority skills
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Willingness to work on shifting, early morning, public holidays, and flexible
- Have a typing test of at least 50 Word Per Minutes (WPM)
- Have SKCK
