Job Description
- Provide customers with proper product specification, training on operation, technical consultation.
- Provide regular after-sales service, maintenance.
- Assist customers in solving technical problems (including onsite support).
- Collaborating with cross teams for customer visits and marketing activities.
- Inquire and quotation about the services, spare part.
- Cooperate, and respond/feedback to relevant technical issue with the Taiwan Headquarters.
- Cooperate with the business and engineering departments in on-site work, including assisting foreign technicians in equipment installation and testing on site.
Requirements
- At least Diploma major in Mechanical Engineering, with min 2-year experience.
- Understanding Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC software is preferred
- Proficient in both verbal and written English, able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
- Willing to go Business trip.
- Have a car driving license (SIM A) and able to drive.
- Placement in BSD Office, Tangerang Selatan.
