Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customer inquiries and issues exclusively through our Zoho Desk ticketing system.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to both technical and non-technical concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Monitor open tickets and ensure they are resolved within the defined SLA.
- Maintain proper documentation of every customer interaction within the system.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards and professionalism in every response.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Customer Support roles.
- Strong written communication skills; able to explain solutions clearly and concisely through written messages.
- Prior experience using ticketing platforms—Zoho Desk experience is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and national holidays.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive in handling multiple tickets at once.
