Job Summary
The After Sales Consultant is the main point of contact for our existing customers. Your goal is to ensure customers stay happy long after their purchase by listening to their needs, providing expert advice on upgrades, and professionally resolving any complaints or issues they may face.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the "IRC" bridge: Act as the central point for all Customer Information, Requests, and Complaints, ensuring they are documented and directed to the correct internal teams.
- Drive Upselling: Proactively offer additional products, upgrades, or services to existing customers based on their specific needs and usage.
- Customer Engagement: Share company newsletters and relevant updates with the customer base to keep them informed about new solutions and company news.
- Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally, providing clear solutions to turn a negative experience into a positive one.
- Check in regularly with existing customers via phone or email to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase.
- Explain technical features in a simple way so customers understand how to get the most out of their setup.
- Update the CRM with detailed notes on customer feedback and interaction history.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, retail sales, or a junior After Sales role.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, a patient speaking manner, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attitude: Helpful, resilient, and someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with people.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in conflict resolution or complaint handling.
- Basic interest or knowledge in the industry (e.g., Solar/Renewable Energy).

This role is ideal for someone who is a great communicator and feels satisfied when they can help a customer solve a problem and find the right next step for their business.
