Job Description

(This role will be hired for several positions. Each person will have a primary focus on either Brand, Campaign & Partnership or Creator Acquisition & Development, depending on expertise and team needs.)

Focus 1: Brand, Campaign & Partnership

  • Plan and manage brand campaigns involving KOLs and affiliates on TikTok and Shopee, including TAP, paid collaborations, and other campaign executions with brands.
  • Collaborate with brands to understand campaign goals and translate them into actionable execution plans.
  • Identify and manage creators for brand collaborations and campaigns (TAP/paid collaborations), from selection and onboarding to ensuring deliverables meet expectations and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance; generate reports and actionable insights for internal and client use.
  • Maintain communication and relationships with brand partners, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Focus 2: Creator Acquisition & Development

  • Identify, source, and onboard suitable affiliate influencers/KOLs that align with campaign needs.
  • Provide KOLs/affiliators with guidance on content strategies, platform best practices, and campaign expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring continuous engagement and growth.
  • Support creators in resolving platform-related issues (e.g., account violations or technical errors), escalating when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in affiliate/KOL marketing, campaign execution, or creator management (preferably in MCN, agency, or brand-side).
  • Understanding of TikTok & Shopee features and trends, also influencer/affiliate ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset; confident using metrics to evaluate performance and improve future campaigns.
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptive to a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Passionate about the creator economy, brand partnerships, and social commerce.
  • Must available to work in Surabaya
