Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and friendly Affiliate Talent Management Intern who is passionate about influencers, livestreaming, and content creation.
You will help our team find, manage, and support talents, especially those who do livestreams or create video content.
What You’ll Do
- Search for and list new potential talents (livestreamers or video creators).
- Help onboard and communicate with talents.
- Support the team in incubating and developing new talents.
- Help talents follow their schedules and content plans.
- Coordinate between talents, marketing, and management teams.
- Prepare simple reports about talent activities and campaign results.
- Research current trends and popular content in the creator community.
Requirements
University student, preferably in the final semester of Marketing Communication, Communication Studies, or a related field.
Interested in influencer marketing, livestreaming, and the creator world.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Able to follow schedules and deadlines.
Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Organized and willing to learn new things.
