Job Description

  1. Manage and support the execution of affiliate marketing programs to achieve business objectives.
  2. Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, including influencers and content creators.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure long-term collaboration.
  4. Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign results, and optimize strategies to maximize sales and ROI.
  5. Coordinate with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop engaging promotional materials and campaign assets.
  6. Stay updated on beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and affiliate marketing best practices.
  7. Maintain accurate affiliate records, campaign reports, and performance databases.
  8. Provide administrative and operational support for affiliate campaigns, including tracking, reporting, and payment coordination.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce industry.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Affiliate, and other affiliate marketing platforms.
  5. Good understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and campaign tracking.
  7. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  8. Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and staying up to date with social media trends.
  9. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  10. Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
