Job Description
- Engage with potential affiliates on TikTok and Shopee, maintaining a daily target of contacting at least 150 affiliates and obtaining 20–25 responses to drive partnership opportunities.
- Perform affiliate segmentation and prioritization based on performance to ensure efforts are focused on affiliates with the highest GMV contribution potential.
- Respond to chats from all affiliates as well as customers on e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain and develop relationships with Top GMV Affiliates and communities through intensive communication (WhatsApp / Calls).
- Prepare and execute affiliate campaigns based on GMV or SOW targets.
- Negotiate free sample agreements directly with affiliates and contact MCN agencies by reaching out via WhatsApp.
- Coordinate communication with all affiliates through WhatsApp to deliver product knowledge, including detailed guidelines on do’s and don’ts before posting content.
- Monitor and ensure all content and live streaming are posted according to the timeline.
- Review and analyze data reports/statements and invoices sent by enablers on a daily/monthly basis, including recaps of inbound, outbound, boxes used, and inbound/outbound shipping costs.
- Responsible for preparing forms and stock readiness for inbound and outbound distribution from the warehouse to third parties such as medical representatives, clinics, doctors, KOLs, influencers, offline events, and other needs.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the inbound and outbound processes run smoothly and ensure that goods are received at the warehouse or delivered to the destination address (tracking shipment receipts).
- Prepare and recap inbound and outbound data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Requirements
Required skills : MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel), Accounting.
Active students, fresh graduates, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in admin or accounting roles.
Experience operating e-commerce platforms (Shopee and TikTok Shop).
Strong customer service skills.
