Job Description
What will you do:
- Build and manage relationships with TNVS operators, liaisons, and driver partners.
- Develop & Manage a team of influential leaders & collaborators to promote the conversion of buying/renting Vinfast electric cars & participating in XanhPlatform in the driver community
- Survey and propose appropriate policies for each Partner group.
- Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of cooperation to ensure effective cooperation
- Manage partnership, support receiving feedback and monitor the progress of coordination between customers and company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Affiliate development.
- Strong network or prior exposure to fleet operators, taxi/transport cooperatives, or ride-hailing platforms.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed Sales Target
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of English (verbal and written). Knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
