Job Description
- Implement strategies to expand our affiliate marketing program on TikTok.
- Identify and enlist influencers and content creators whose values align with our brand and target demographic.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with affiliates, offering them the necessary support and resources for success.
- Monitor affiliate performance and analyse key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and operational teams to facilitate product distribution and related processes.
- Stay updated of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance our affiliate program continually.
- Deliver regular reports and insights on affiliate program performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms (MCN) and tracking tools is desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Creative thinker with proficient interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work hybrid in BSD, Tangerang
