About The Role
The Affiliate Associate will play a key role in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing programs, building relationships with affiliate partners, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to foster strong collaborations.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics, such as conversion rates, ROI, and traffic quality.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners through research, outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing support, resources, and incentives to drive performance.
- Coordinate affiliate-exclusive campaigns, offers, and events.
- Ensure brand consistency across affiliate channels.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on affiliate program performance.
Requirements
- 2+years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and tools, especially in Shopee & TikTok platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
