Job Description
- Source, identify, and approach relevant KOLs and affiliates aligned with campaign objectives and product categories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and affiliates.
- Act as the main point of contact between the brand and KOLs/affiliates throughout the collaboration process.
- Coordinate closely with KOLs/affiliates to ensure all content is delivered in line with approved briefs, messaging, and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics from each collaboration to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
- Manage product sample requests and ensure timely delivery to KOLs/affiliates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer, KOL, or affiliate management.
- Passion for building and maintaining relationships with people.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret data and trends to support campaign and strategy development.
- Established network within the beauty or personal care industry is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and social media analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of TikTok and Shopee platforms.
